Windows 11 Windows Explorer Title Bar Bug

Hi, does anyone suffer from this bug on the title bar too? I use Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3. I tried re-installing windows 11 hoping that this gets fixed but with no luck. Does anyone know how to get arou...
