Hello all, Just joined today as I am having a nightmare. Any advice is at all appreciated. Today my wireless adaptor completely disappeared. I loaded it up and there is no option to connect...

Hi Reza,
Thanks for replying.
I started up my laptop, it disconnected from the internet, reconnected then disconnected permanently.
Unfortunately Medion son't supply drivers as they say on their website that Windows can detect all the drivers for all their products.
I did however download the Intel drivers for the adapter on another machine, put it on a usb and installed them but the adapter is still not showing in Device Manager.

You may try to contact their support by email and ask them to send you a link or driver for the network card.
Try boot into Safe Mode with networking and see if it works?

Thanks again Reza,
So I managed to use my mobile to tether the internet to this machine through USB.
Windows updated all the drivers and now my Intel Wifi adapter is back.
However it is showing as "this device cannot start" Code 10 in device manager.
Same thing with my Intel Bluetooth.
I tried booting in safe mode and the adapter showed up fine and had no errors, however safe mode wouldn't allow me to add a wifi connection.
I have ran through many different suggestions from online blogs about CODE 10 but can't seem to fix this now. Any thoughts on it?- Reza_AmeriMar 21, 2022Silver ContributorTry open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try boot using Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?

Will report it too. Think I'll maybe just give up and by a USB network adaptor. Thanks for all the suggestions.
