Windows 11 virus?
I'm running Windows 11 Home and have all latest windows updates
Found this in local disk properties - under security - group or user names.

It looks like you've found the "Security" tab in your local disk properties, which shows the groups and user names that have permissions for that drive. The Windows system process, has full control.
