Hello Whiskey-Charlie1,
Please check with official Windows 11 list of supported processors, if your processor is listed here:
Additionally, you can use official PC Health Check app to determine Windows 11 eligibility. If you get This PC meets Windows 11 requirements with PC Health Check app, then you can try manual upgrade:

Or you can also use Windows 11 Installation Assistant which you can download from here:

This link may work. I was finally received information on the model of the Intel i5 processor and it does appear on the MS supported hardware list; Intel Core i5 Processor 8350U.
Thanks
- i5-8350U is supported, I rechecked here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors
Usually Intel processors with 8th generation or later are compatible for Windows 11.

Thanks@Kapil Arya,
I have an opportunity to pick up this system but don't think it's worth it if it's not upgradeable. I'll have to get more info about the processor.

Hi you do not have to worry about it - download from the official website the application that will scan this computer and you will receive information whether the TPM motherboard and the processor are compatible.
Best regards
