windows 11 thunderbolt 4 bug
So, the reply I got from Intel is that there are no Thunderbolt 4 Drivers for Windows 11 and none planned. The Microsoft USB4 Drivers are sufficient for Thunderbolt 4 operation.
The Thunderbolt Control Centre is only for Windows 10 and has no functionality on Windows 11 and there is no app support for Windows 11 planned.
That seems to be quite definitive from Intel. Quite why they cannot develop a Control Centre for Windows 11 I do not know but this will also require driver support so that connected Thunderbolt devices can be seen.
I am actually sick and tired of Intel's poor application support. Even applications for qualifying hardware does not work, like Intel Connectivity Performance Suite and the latest Application Optimization App.
I guess we are stuck with Microsoft USB4 Drivers and no Thunderbolt Control Centre.

I am facing the same issue. I work with TB2 audio interfaces and this update is really killing me. I have been trying lots of things using W11 but couldn't make it work yet. I am moving to W10 to see if it works-
