After Bios UpDate(1.22), it was recognized when PCIe tunneling of TB4 item was turned OFF in BIOS setting
I hope this stabilizes

TSASA830 Thanks for the info but Bios UpDate(1.22) on wich system? last avalaible driver for Dell 9520 is 1.11

I am having the same problem with Dell's XPS 15 9530 (this year's model) running 13th gen, did you manage to get it working?Edit: Seems like with Windows 11, there isn't a "Thunderbolt Controller" in device settings. Microsoft has integrated it into USB4 - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/component-guidelines/usb4-intro-to-connection-manager?source=recommendations
I was able to find the "thunderbolt" under Device Manager ->Universal Serial Bus controller
