Windows 11 Themes and custom Windows colors and power standby

Looking for ideas on how to prevent custom Windows colors from being ignored / reset after a Windows 11 or Windows 10 computer resumes from power standby.

This issue was not present in Windows 7, not sure about Windows 8.

The current work around I utilize, is to save my custom colors by saving a Window Theme and then re-apply that theme every time after the computer resumes from power standby.

The custom Windows colors I apply, being a light grey, instead of bright white, are applied through the below registry setting...

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors]

"Window"="192 192 192"
