Windows 11 Taskbar Preview Window Displays as Blank or Black

When you hover the mouse over the icon of an open application on the taskbar, the window preview thumbnail that should appear often displays as blank or black, making it impossible to quickly preview the window’s contents. This affects the efficiency of switching between tasks. Restarting File Explorer can temporarily resolve the issue, but it recurs.
