Windows 11 Task Manager Startup Impact Display Issue

In the "Startup" tab of Task Manager, some applications show their "Startup Impact" column as blank or "Not measured," instead of the usual Low, Medium, or High ratings. Need to understand whether this status is due to the system deliberately omitting measurements, a malfunction in the measurement mechanism, or restrictions from user permissions/settings. Also seeking methods to fix the display or obtain accurate impact assessments.

I thought i was hallucinating the task manager everytime I reboots my PC. Turns out It was indeed an issue lol.

For those looking for the task scheduler, it's located at Microsoft > Windows > Task Manager. There should be only 1 entry with the name "Interactive". Just disable and don't delete to be safe

Windows may not have enough data yet if the program hasn't run enough times or if the system hasn't completed a full boot cycle with that program enabled.

This is a normal state indicating that the system has not yet completed performance measurement. Restarting the computer and allowing these programs to launch automatically once will enable them to display properly.

Windows measures startup impact over multiple boot cycles to gather sufficient data. On a new system, after a fresh install, or if you've recently changed startup items, Windows may not have enough data to assign a rating.
