Windows 11 System Preparation Tool 3.14 Issue

Resetting the system got stuck, used Ctrl+Shift+F3 to enter desktop, then System Preparation Tool keeps popping up.

    To enter system audit mode, tick the ‘General’ box, then click ‘OK’
