Windows 11, Start button menu, make it show all apps by default

I upgraded to Windows 11 this week and I don't like the new Start button menu.  I don't want "pinned" apps.  I want to see All Apps in a list like before.  Why don't we get the option to choose how w...

Scroll down to All, change from category to list:

    Not sure how you see what you do inside the windows button and menu that opens from it. There is ZERO, NONE, NADA options to change to see all apps like older windows proved and used. It's starting to feel like Microsoft is purposefully making itself worse like Apple products. Truly unfortunate this company continue to go down hill. Good thing I'm moving every computer I touch to Linux now since Microsoft no longer builds good products. Their ai cannot even be trusted to be truthful. Their apps feels always experimental. And now they've literally changed their OS to be so significantly worse that it's literally unuseable. Sad day for America.

    Is this still just in the Insider Builds?  I'm on 25H2 and all current updates installed and I still have the "old" Start Menu, Pinned and Recommended on the main screen with a button for "All", and when you click that button it gives you the list and the button changes to "Back".
