Windows 11 settings not working properly

Hi, I need some help which I have been trying to find answers myself but no luck, so I have a pc connected to my LG 4K TV using hdmi. The issue is when I open windows 11 settings or the Microsoft store and then turn the TV off and back on again while the settings or store is opened I can't click on anything within the settings or store it's like a image nothing is clickable. I can close the settings/store by pressing the red X on the top corner and then opening it again which allows the settings/store to work fine until I turn of the TV and back on again, which then makes the settings/store behave the same nothing is clickable apart from the cross which closes the opened settings or store. I have tried different drivers, re installed windows 11, different ram.

Specs: 7950x, x870e, 32gb 6000ram, 4080s, platinum EVGA 1000wat. 1tbx2 Samsung 990
