Windows 11 Settings App Malfunction: White Screen on Launch, Crashes After Seconds
Seeking help from the tech experts. My Windows 11 system has an issue: after opening the Settings app, the interface only shows a white screen, fails to load any content, and after a few seconds, the app automatically crashes.
Subsequently, I tried accessing Settings by right-clicking the Start Menu and selecting "Personalization". I found that the "Home" and "Accounts" pages have the same problem—they open but fail to display content and still crash after a few seconds. Other settings pages (e.g., System, Apps) seem to open normally.
What could be causing this, and how can it be fixed?

If the problem persists, it might be profile-specific:
- Create a new user account:
- Settings > Accounts > Family & other users > Add account.
- Log into the new account and check if Settings works properly there.

The issue you're describing—Windows 11 Settings app opening to a white screen and then crashing—can be caused by various underlying problems such as corrupted system files, problematic user profiles, or issues with the Windows Store components.
