Windows 11, Phone paired and connects for a few seconds before disconnecting again.
Device: Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 PHN16-72
Issue:
Bluetooth was working fine for the first week after setup, but it now fails to stay connected with any smartphone. I need Bluetooth for features like Dynamic Lock.
When connecting from the laptop to a phone, the connection briefly succeeds and then disconnects.
When connecting from the phone to the laptop, the phone says: "Can't connect to [device name]".
Troubleshooting steps already attempted:
Uninstalled all Bluetooth drivers using Device Manager and reinstalled the latest from Acer’s support site
Unpaired and restarted both laptop and phone before trying again
Removed old ibtusb driver files using pnputil /enum-drivers
Ran the Bluetooth Troubleshooter in Windows Settings
Installed all available Windows Updates
Disabled Fast Startup in Power Options
Checked that Bluetooth services are running in services.msc
Tried multiple phones to confirm it’s not a device-specific issue
Used Intel Driver & Support Assistant to check for missing drivers (none found)
Temporarily disabled antivirus to check for software interference
Would appreciate any guidance or additional steps I can try to fully resolve this. Thanks in advance.

Ensure you've installed the latest Bluetooth drivers not just from Acer's support site but also from the Bluetooth device manufacturer, if applicable. Sometimes, newer drivers can resolve connectivity issues.

Resetting the Bluetooth device pairing and updating the wireless drivers basically stabilizes it

Tried the 1st and the second isn't applicable as there are no updates for my bluetooth adapter.
