Windows 11 PC Display Won't Turn On After Sleep Or Shutdown

After I shutdown my pc and then boot it back up again I hear the fans spin and my pc's power light go on, but my display remains off. After I sleep my computer and turn it back on (either from the power button or from my keyboard) it does the same thing. My current only fix is to scoot my computer out from it's little alcove and click the power supply button and turn it off and back on again and then the display will turn on. I know this is unhealthy for the pc, but it's the current only way for me to get it to work. Can I get some help?

p.s. : I checked and reset my BIOS settings and it still won't turn back on
