Windows 11 new device setup PIN stuck on spinning circle screen
When performing initial setup on a new computer, facial recognition failed and prompted me to set a PIN. However, after entering information on the PIN setup page, the interface continuously spins (no progress bar, no error message), preventing me from completing setup and accessing the system. Please advise on how to force skip this step or resolve the issue.

During initial setup, look for an option such as "Skip for now" or "Set up later" on the facial recognition prompt.

Look for a "Skip" option or "I don't want to add a PIN right now". Sometimes, this option appears at the bottom or after waiting a bit.

Hold down the power button until the PC shuts off.
Turn it back on.
When the spinning circle appears again, force shutdown once more.
Repeat this process 2-3 times. Windows should eventually recognize that setup isn't progressing and may offer options to continue without signing in or use an offline account.
