Windows 11 media creation tool download for 23H2?

Unfortunately, Microsoft's official website now only provides the latest version of Windows 11 Media Creation Tool for 23H2 download, and it is basically impossible to get 23H2 directly with the tool. But don't worry, I will share with you two reliable methods to help you get a clean installation of Windows 11 23H2.

Method 1: Use UUP Dump to download the old version of Windows 11 23H2
UUP Dump is an unofficial open source tool library that allows you to download old version system files on Microsoft servers and then package ISO yourself.
