Windows 11 Many apps won’t open after first launch
Several apps work once then stop opening. Reinstalling apps and Windows doesn’t help. Double-clicking shows loading circle then nothing, even with admin/compatibility mode.

Over time, system files or registry entries can become corrupted, leading to issues with app launch. You can try running the System File Checker (SFC) tool to scan for and repair corrupted files.

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with apps not opening consistently, even after reinstalling them and Windows. The fact that double-clicking the app shows a loading circle suggests that the app is attempting to launch, but something is causing it to fail.

In Settings > Apps > Installed apps, find the problematic app, select Advanced options, and click Reset or Repair.
