Windows 11 for Workstations installation media

Is it possible to obtain a clean generic installer for Windows 11 for Workstations? We have a couple of machines with OEM licenses for it and I want to reinstall them. The standard USB installer created with the Microsoft media creator tool doesn't appear to include that version.

I don't want to use the manufacturer's recovery media creation tool as I always avoid their customised Windows installs - had many problems over the years so prefer to just do a completely clean install using the generic Microsoft installer, then add the necessary drivers after installation.
