Windows 11 File Explorer Fails to Auto-Refresh

After adding, deleting, or modifying files in Windows 11 File Explorer, it fails to auto-refresh. Manual refresh via F5 or right-click is required for updates to appear. Various online solutions only work temporarily—the issue recurs after restarting. Seeking a permanent fix.

    Run Command Prompt as an administrator, execute the command ：

    `reg add “HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Update” /v UpdateMode /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f`,

     and restart your computer.
