Windows 11 Extended Copy Utility High CPU Usage

Extended Copy Utility uses 20-30% CPU on Windows 11 startup, located in C:\Windows\WinS. How to reduce its CPU usage?

Disable Extended Copy Utility on the Startup tab in Task Manager, and check if it is a background service for third-party backup software.
