Windows 11 Explorer: can't order quick access items in the left pane

I can't reorder the quick access items in the right pane of the windows explorer through drag and drop. It's weird, because if i drag and drop one of them to the top, it works, but if i want to place...

I don't have this issue any more when installing a new system update.

What version of Windows 11 are you on? I'm on 23H2 (Home) and the issue is still present w/o the hack.

    Same as yours: Windows 11 Home, 23H2. Obviously, this version didn't include any changes to the issue.

      I have win11Pro.  I don't get the up and down arrow or the blackline for positioning.  I have tried turning off keyboard settings as recommended and no change.

        From Windows Explorer, go to Options/ View/ navigation pane/ Untick "show all folders"/ Reorder folders in left pane/ Go back to "show all folders/ Re-tick
