Windows 11 built in speaker isn't detected

Hi, I've upgraded my windows to 11 months ago. Before that my speaker worked fine, but when i upgraded windows it stopped working at all. I've downloaded the realtek driver numerous times and it wouldn't even appear in the device manager or the component itself. I tried reconnecting the speaker inside my PC and nothing changed
