To temporarily disable the blur effect caused by the bug in Windows 11, you can try the following steps:
1. Right-click on the Windows Taskbar and select "Task Manager" from the context menu.
2. In the Task Manager, locate and right-click on the "Windows Explorer" process.
3. Select "Restart" from the context menu. This will refresh the Windows Explorer process and temporarily disable the blur effect.
4. Check if the blur effect has been removed. If not, you may need to repeat steps 2 and 3 or try other troubleshooting methods.
