Before you start, you should know more details Windows 11 on ARM:
It's for specific hardware: Windows 11 on ARM is designed to run on devices with ARM64 processors, like the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 (5G), Surface Pro X, and laptops with Qualcomm Snapdragon chips. You cannot install it on a standard Intel or AMD (x64) PC.
Emulation: Its biggest feature is the ability to run traditional x86 and x64 Windows applications through a powerful emulation layer, so most of your apps will work seamlessly.
Licensing is the main hurdle: Microsoft does not sell standalone licenses for Windows 11 on ARM to the general public. It is only pre-installed on devices or available through specific programs.
