The best way is to download Windows 11 ARM ISO image from Microsoft.

What you'll need: A valid digital license for Windows 11 on ARM that is already tied to your device (from a previous installation).

Windows 11 ARM ISO Download Steps:

1. Visit the official Windows 11 Download page on the Microsoft website.

2. Under the "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO)" section, you will see a drop-down menu. You must select Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO) for ARM64 from the list.

3. Click the "Download" button. You will then need to select your product language and click "Confirm."

4. Finally, you will click "64-bit Download." If your device has a digital license, you can proceed. If Microsoft asks for a product key and you don't have one, this method will not work for you.

Once downloaded, you can use this Windows 11 ARM ISO to create a bootable USB drive using the Media Creation Tool to perform a clean installation on your compatible ARM device.
