Windows 11 - File Explorer - Search Contents fails
Yesterday I updated my 3 day old laptop to Windows 11. Today I moved some files into the My Documents folder, then I went to the upper right corner of File Explorer and entered the word I wanted to ...
For now, I am finding what I need using the frée DocFetcher (after looking at many tools). Whenever 11 forces me to do an update, I try it, but so far, no improvement. I'm not going to live in a Beta world to fix this because heaven knows what else that'll let loose. Those Beta changes will eventually be in a required updates. Til then, DocFetcher is doing the trick with just one extra step. And it tells me that there's nothing wrong with my data or DocFetcher wouldn't find it either.
