Win11 Fonts installed manually disappear from the Fonts list after a system restart

When you manually install a font file using the Install option in File Explorer or the Install for All Users option, the font appears in the Fonts folder but disappears from the application's font selection list after a restart.

Although the .ttf or .otf files remain in the Fonts folder, these fonts will no longer be selectable in applications unless you reinstall them. Reinstalling the fonts after each startup provides a temporary solution to this issue.
