Win 11 Snipping tool issues

I have the same complaint. It feels like a "downgrade" in some ways with this new Win 11 snipping tool.
When I do a screenshot the image is VERY small after a screen capture, if I captured an area of my screen using my 4k monitor.
I now have to "resize" the window afterwards in order to read it.
Please allow the win 11 version of this to at least have a setting to allow the user to change this default behavior to default to the 100% scaled size of the image that was snipped afterwards.
It actually scales it DOWN which makes the snipped image unreadable without a lot of extra clicks and resizing the window.
