Win 11 LBFO teaming network ports

I have a requirement for failover networking which seems to have been removed in Win11.  I was using this in Win10 via powershell and teaming the Intel NICs to achieve the required failover requirement.  

Is there any light at the end of the tunnel if Microsoft will put this back into Win11 as Operational Technology systems are designed with resilience in mind and this has introduced a single point of failure.

Any help would be appreciated.
