Win 11 : Shut down button is not restting uptime, Get-Uptime is showing wrong output

Apparently this seems to be working as expected due to the default 'Fast Startup' feature enabled in Win 11. We can change the configurations as per our preference in Control panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do > Turn on fast startup. Cheers!!

Skobeloff Good point, thanks. Also, if you press SHIFT when shutingdown graphically through win button > power button > SHIFT + Shut down, you will also get a clean ("not fast") startup next time.
