  • Hello!

Sometimes a Windows Update can also update hardware drivers, including network adapter drivers. Microsoft recommends rolling back the driver if a problem started after a Windows Update.

    Please try this first:

    1. Open Device Manager
    2. Expand Network adapters
    3. Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter → Properties
    4. Open the Driver tab
    5. Select Roll Back Driver, if the option is available
    6. Restart the PC and test the 5 GHz connection again.

Please let me know if this solved the issue or if further guidance is needed.
