Why Windows 1124H2 force me to use an online account

I installed the 24H2 update a few days ago and today I got a fullscreen popup dialog after booting with something like "you have to use an online account for better experience bla bla" with the options to "log in with ms account" or "remind me in 3 days".

I dont want to use an online account in 3 days. Is there any way to prevent that?

    If you're on Windows 11 Pro, hit the Windows key + R, type gpedit.msc, and navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options. Find "Accounts: Block Microsoft accounts" and set it to “Users can't add Microsoft accounts.”
