Why was the upgrade to 26100.8457 so massive? Time to downlod a new ISO?
On my Lenovo T16s Gen 6 AMD laptop, the install to shutdown process took almost an hour. And when I restarted my system today, there seemed to be more updating and several minutes, much longer than normal, just to get to the login screen.

I recommend checking your Windows Update history to see what updates are installing or pending, and ensuring your system is fully updated.
