Why svchost.exe keeps downloading and uploading
What does this process do? I can see from the task manager that this app continues downloading and uploading unknown staff on my PC. In fact, I already closed all the apps and the activity is the same.

svchost.exe is just a host that runs services, those services can be anything. It will not be the easiest thing to find the actual services.
