Why my Translucent Taskbar not working any more?

I use Start11 to help with the transparency.  If you do as well, right mouse the taskbar ... Configure Start11.   Select Taskbar on left menu... goto middle panel "Taskbar blur, transparency, color, and rounded corners".... select the drop-down... Adjust taskbar transparency .... Settings ... move the slider to the left to your liking... I use %0 solid, which is 100% transparent.  This works well for me.   YMMV of course.  :)
