Check Windows Settings:
Personalization Settings: Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize. Go to Colors and make sure the Transparency effects toggle is turned On.
Dark Mode: Sometimes using Dark Mode makes the taskbar less translucent. Try switching between Light and Dark modes to see if it changes.
2. Update Windows:
Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date. Sometimes updates fix bugs that might be causing issues with UI elements.
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
