Why my PC Disappeared From Microsoft Account?
My PC has suddenly disappeared from my Microsoft account device list for the second time, even though it's the same computer I use every day. Around the same time, a Windows update also failed to install properly, and I'm wondering if the failed updates are somehow causing my device registration to get wiped repeatedly.

Hi, the Microsoft account device list and Windows activation are related services but not the same record. First confirm Settings > Accounts shows the expected Microsoft account, then check Settings > System > Activation. If Windows is activated, the missing web listing has not erased your license. Sign out and back in, restart, and check the device page again after a few hours. Also make sure you are viewing the correct personal or work account. If it repeatedly disappears, use Microsoft account support and provide the device serial number. I would troubleshoot the failed update separately with the Windows Update troubleshooter, DISM, and SFC.
