Why my external hard drive not showing up windows 11 file explorer?

This is mostly because the current partition was damaged or broken. You have to partition the disk again. Unfortunately, the built-in disk management tool is unable to do this. Please use a dedicated disk partition software to format the drive to a proper file system like NTFS, FAT32 or exFAT.
