Why Microsoft should buy soundcloud
Microsoft groove Music is struggling. The user base is unknown, but small.

This would be a strategic move to acquire a massive, culturally relevant user base and a unique audio data asset. It would not be about competing directly with Spotify or Apple Music, but about integrating audio deeply into Microsoft's existing ecosystem of enterprise, developer, and consumer products, creating new layers of engagement and value.
