Why is everything turning blue when selected? I need help to make it normal again
it's hurt my eyes, it's suddenly there without I noticing

In Windows Settings→Accessibility→Color Filter, turn off the filter, update the graphics driver, and also press Left Alt+Left Shift+Print Screen to exit High Contrast Mode.
