Why I can't add tags in File Explorer?

I need to add some tags to my files in Windows 11 home and I'm the only administrator user for a local account. Unfortunately, I don't have the chance to add any tag to any file. Windows 11 is up to date.

    Sometimes, File Explorer may encounter glitches that prevent certain features from working correctly. Restarting File Explorer can often resolve such issues. You can pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. And find "Windows Explorer" under Processes, right-clicking it, and selecting "Restart".
