Why does Windows 11 keep turning my widgets and Copilot back on after every update?
It feels like every time Microsoft pushes a new update, they silently re-enable Copilot and the widgets panel on my taskbar. I've turned them off in Settings multiple times, but a few weeks later, they're right back where they were. It's incredibly annoying and makes me feel like I have zero control over my own PC.
I know there are third-party tools to block this, but I'd rather use an official method if one exists. Has anyone found a reliable registry tweak or group policy that actually prevents Microsoft from overriding these settings? Or do we just have to put up with it until they change their minds?
