Why does Windows 11 in VirtuallBox have a locked resolution?

I installed Windows 11 in VirtuallBox , so I can watch movies on skyshowtime.The host is Fedora .The problem is that the resolution in Windows is locked at 1024x768. It won't let me change it. Is the problem with Windows, VirtuallBox or Linux?

    The most common cause of resolution lock at 1024x768 in Virtua1Box Windows guests is missing or improperly installed Guest Additions.
