Reinstall realtek audio driver windows 11 via Device Manager

1. This is the safest next step and is often enough to fix the problem. It lets Windows try to automatically find and install the correct driver for you.

2. Right-click the Start button and select "Device Manager."

3. Expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" section.

4. Right-click on your audio device (it will likely say "Realtek Audio" or "Realtek High Definition Audio") and select "Uninstall device."

5. In the pop-up window, check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device" to ensure a clean removal, then click Uninstall.
