If you have auto save ON, in snipping tool, every screenshot goes to a folder called Gallery in File Explorer.

In Windows 11, the screenshot process has changed a bit. Here’s how you can access and save them:
- Win + Print Screen: Automatically saves the screenshot to the Screenshots folder in your Pictures directory.
- Print Screen (PrtScn): Copies the screenshot to the clipboard. You can paste it into apps like Paint, Word, or any image editor by pressing Ctrl + V, then save it.
- Win + Shift + S: Opens the Snipping Tool for a custom screenshot. After taking the snip, click the notification that appears to edit and save it.
If you’re not seeing the notification, check the Snipping Tool app directly—it should have your most recent screenshot!
