When Explorer restarts, it does not restore the previously opened window
When Explorer restarted, it will not restore the previously opened window, Noticed from the previous release of Windows 10, bug continued until now.
I have the same issue on windows 11.
Already turned "Restore previous folder windows at logon" on but it still doesn't work when i restart wich is frustrating.
Does anyone has a solution please ?
