When Explorer restarts, it does not restore the previously opened window
When Explorer restarted, it will not restore the previously opened window, Noticed from the previous release of Windows 10, bug continued until now.

Launch File Explorer and navigate to all the tabs you wish to reopen in the future.
Select the "View" tab from the top menu, and then on the ribbon's right side, choose "Options."
A "Folder Options" dialog box will appear; click on the "View" tab within it.
Locate the "Restore previous folder windows at logon" option by scrolling down and ensure it's selected.
To confirm your adjustments, click "Apply" followed by "OK." Upon your next system reboot, File Explorer will reopen all the tabs you had open before.
