When Explorer restarts, it does not restore the previously opened window
When Explorer restarted, it will not restore the previously opened window, Noticed from the previous release of Windows 10, bug continued until now.
First, go to File Explorer Options > View and ensure that "Restore previous folder windows at logon" is enabled. And then run a System File Checker scan. Press Windows Key + X and select "Command Prompt (Admin)." Type "sfc /scannow" and press Enter. This will scan for any system file errors and automatically repair them.
