When Can We Have a Movable Taskbar?

So eloquent and well explained in detail the reasons for needing this feature yet the sad thing is Windows 11 team will ignore your needs and simply brush it away until Windows 12 comes around. Hopefully Microsoft gets their head out of the sand; I'm not "upgrading" to Windows 11 until the movable taskbar is IMPLEMENTED. Quite ridiculous that it was taken out.
